Zazang Korean Noodles

Zazang or Jajang (짜장) Myun is one of the staple dishes in Korea. It is commonly believed that the dish was invented in 1900s in Incheon, South Korea. Zazang415's family recipe has been passed down through the generations. The noodles are hand pulled for better texture and prepared twice daily.
